Guest reviews
Good
Don’t stay
Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: Everything, it’s a dump and smells. Nothing works and staff are hopeless.
Great stopover
Liked: Staff were very nice and friendly.. Everything was very clean and loved the plant inspired toiletries.
Disliked: The sofa bed for the tgurd adult was not the most comfortable, sadly
Not worth,would never visit again
Liked: Garden and exterior is good
Disliked: Hotel reception staffs didn’t respond to my issues, queries and not supportive.Had paid and booked a premium room, but my room was down graded to standard. And they didn’t inform me either when I checked in.When I asked the receptionist he didn’t even bother to address my query, and just mentioned that my extra amount will be refunded to booking agent u get from them.
Good value for money, staff although they were stretched we helpful and polite, breakfast is really good quality too
Liked: The staff are friendly, this was my 2nd stay, the breakfast is brilliant so much selection.
Disliked: My only complaint would be the lack of choice for the dinner bed and breakfast option, it’s extremely limited, we opted for the special which was lasagne and it was over done and quite bland. Not enough for me to not choose dinner bed and breakfast again though, the price is reasonable considering and you can’t expect Michelin star food for the low prices charged here.
Very comfortable
Well run Holiday Inn. Friendly staff, clean room and good food
Liked: Friendly staff, good location and excellent breakfast
Disliked: Nothing all good
Good to know
