Fabulous
Warwick Weekend
Liked: The owner is really good at communicating. He answered any questions I had straight the way. The apartment is in a gated estate, so it's really secure. It's a 10 minute walk into the centre, and you pass 4 pubs on the way:-). It also has a full-sized Sainsbury's a 5 minute walk away, which was handy for supplies. The apartment is in close proximity to the centre, pubs, shopping and Warwick Castle.
Disliked: This is a friendly FYI...There are two double bedrooms available. The double bedroom at the end of the hallway is two singles strapped together (like you often find in hotels abroad). I assume this is on purpose, so the beds can be separated when needed for different parties. If you are two couples booking the property, bagsie the bedroom opposite the kitchen! Lol
Very good
Liked: We loved Warwick and having the full kitchen at this property. It was clean and felt very safe. Our only downside was the heat of the summer with no air conditioning. There was one fan, but it would have been helpful to have additional fans in the bedrooms. Overall, it was a nice stay!
Pros and Cons
Liked: Access was straight forward; Plenty of extra parking outside complex; Felt the site was quiet and secure; Fan provided was much appreciated; Beds were comfortable; The flat was very quiet - we didn't hear anything at all from other tenants; The recline sofa was very comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately there was only three dining chairs provided and one of these felt unsafe as the legs were bent. There was a stool ordered but this didn't arrive until the night before we parted; The bathroom door would not lock - unfortunately this resulted in a couple of very embarrassing moments over the three days; There were also exposed wires in the main bathroom ceiling - I could only guess it was the extractor fan; The pans weren't clean so we had to wash before use; We found cutlery and crockery limited and had to wash up between courses; The ensuite bedroom has an issue with tiny moths, plus there was no soap and the bin had no inner to it so rubbish went straight to the floor. Finally there was a request in the information folder not to leave anything less than a 10 star review!

Liked: The location and convenience. Spacious. Easy access and helpful instructions. Basically a nice flat.
Disliked: Shortage of toilet paper. Moths everywhere, now in our luggage. Needs a deep clean. Some mould in bathroom. Broken hook on bathroom door. Needs more cutlery. Difficult to sit around the dining table.

Liked: Location to city centre was excellent and key pad entrance gates were a great asset for security
