Very good
Excellence
Great value for money - rooms really well presented and friendly staff in the restaurant area
Liked: Great rooms and good food in a lively bar area. Breakfast was excellent with friendly service.
Disliked: Parking isn’t easy unless it’s a weekend ( which it was ) as you can park in the opposite council office car park.
An excellent stay in Warwick
Liked: The room was comfortable and spacious (Superior family Room) and the staff very friendly and helpful, but the food in the restaurant - both for dinner and for breakfast - was wonderful. Strongly recommended when in Warwick.
Disliked: The facility to hang outdoor clothing wasn't very good.
Liked: Very cozy and felt good. Both the room and pub
Liked: Great accommodation and food
Disliked: Nothing
Excellent little pub with rooms in the centre of Warwick
Liked: We had a lovely room which was very clean and spacious. It was in the centre of Warwick so perfect location for visitors. It is a pub with rooms and feels that. Our room 10 was lovley and spacious. Nice to find air conditioning too which is rare in rooms of this nature.
Disliked: Great service shows when things go wrong and the start of our stay was frankly terrible, due to a single member of staff having a complete breakdown. That could and would have ruined the stay BUT the entire team stepped up, acknowledged the issue fully and resolved everything 100% They made a stay that was going to be terrible perfect and that is great service. The issue was a single person and they addressed it and made our stay exceptional. We would be happy to stay there again as they showed us in their actions how important their brand and service is.
