Good
Very pleasant and pleased with the location with just a couple of hiccups
Liked: Location for us was great. Easy reach by car of place we were visiting and easy walk into Leamington, restaurants, etc Breakfast was good, relaxed and organised. All staff were very friendly and helpful Great having parking on site
Disliked: Bar and evening dining service. Wasn't the staff themselves but 1 staff member spread between the 2 didn't work. They weren't busy (at all!) but 1 detracted from the other. Stuck in bar 1 night with no server and dining room another with little attention and forgot my drinks order. Bed was too soft but might just be personal preference.

Great location and comfortable bed
Liked: Location was great and was comfortable, perfect for our stay. Didn’t use the restaurant and did not book breakfast. Did request an easy access room for mobility issues and was accommodated and confirmed. Which was great, overall great stay and would use again if in area.
Disliked: Generally all good, improvements needed as no one on reception to greet you and had to wait as couldn’t locate or contact employees however very friendly when did. Parking for size of building could be an issue but luckily found a space. A little noisy from other close by rooms but didn’t affect the stay
Liked: For the price, the hotel was very good value and breakfast was fine. A bit of a walk from the town centre, but the area seemed quite good, so it was no bother.

Liked: A nice quiet location within walking distance of the town centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was nothing really about the hotel that we didn’t like. We did park in the hotel car park but it was difficult due to car size and orientation of the parking spaces. Breakfast was lovely but it could have been warmer.
