If you are planning a trip to Warwick you’d do a lot worse than stop here
Liked: In my job I spend a fair amount of time in hotels. However without exception the staff here were incredible and all plaudits to them, nothing false just genuine interest and concern for our enjoyment. Food was really good too. Just a great weekend really enjoyed it and made so much easier having stayed here. I tip my hat to you.
Liked: The general ambience of the place. The staff were friendly, the beds really comfortable
Disliked: Unfortunately because of the fair we were unable to park on hotel carpark, so had to pay over £12 for the 24hrs at a location near by. The shower wasn't great, not powerful enough, and small cubicle.
Great food & service
Liked: Location, service and food were excellent Room layout was good
Disliked: Very uncomfortable bed, it sloped down from the middle Room was very cold when we arrived.In autumn the heating should already be on even if only at low temperature. Bathroom sink was small and unsatisfactory. One inch of water and it went down the overflow.
Liked: Great central location, good atmosphere, room was comfy. Breakfast was superb and other food was good. Great value for money.
Disliked: Only a couple of minor things in the room, wash basin was small so you couldn't directly fill the kettle and the emergency light indicator was very bright during the night Drinks are quite expensive but seems to be the going rate for Warwick centre.
