Fabulous
Good accommodation
Liked: Our room was good, the bed comfortable and everything very clean. We were disappointed with the dining areas and with the food, which was unjustifiably expensive. Breakfast "fruit juice" was awful. The surrounding area was excellent, Parking close and plentiful. Apart from the restaurants, the hotel was very good and we would return.
Liked: Struggling with the automatic check-in when the receptionist came to my rescue.
Liked: Beautiful clean and well equipped room. Even though themed and prob suited for families, as a couple I’d still recommend. It was lovely surroundings, beautiful breakfast, def recommend. EV charging too
Liked: Wonderful and magical place to stay. Really enjoyed a two night stay in the grounds to see the castle. Very clean and tidy with a great breakfast. Would stay again.

Liked: Only 2 negatives we came across was when we scanned the QR code for the menus in the room, when we went into the Tavern the Mac&Cheese and Sticky Toffee Pudding was not on the menu. The other was the postcode for the satnav took us past the entrance. Would have been good to comment turn into entrance for castle and pass through barriers.
