The worst property we have ever booked via booking.com. We wanted to leave but there was no other availability in Whitby
Liked: Cost
Disliked: There were multiple issues with the property. TV didn’t work and could not be repaired, cutlery dirty, glasses dirty, plates dirty, only one bulb in the bathroom (two out) minimal cooking utensils. We had to run the shower for well in excess of 5 minutes before we got tepid warm water and barely powerful enough to reach your body. The drawers in the bedside unit fell apart, the door handle in the bedroom came away from the door, the chair leg in the bedroom appeared bent and was unstable and the blind in the twin bedroom was torn. The general state of the property was basic. We reported the TV issue immediately and the response was that they were aware of the ongoing issue and there was no resolution. Shocking!!!
Liked: The apartment was very big and spacious
Disliked: No hot water, the wifi wasnt the best, the sofa was sagging. Wasn't the best apartment we have stayed in and that was the 3rd time staying there

Great location & somewhere to sleep for the night
Liked: Great location literally a 5 minute walk to town centre, the harbour & local attractions. Spacious accommodation. Easy self check-in in with clear instructions. Excellent communication from hosts.
Disliked: Room was tired looking & in need of some TLC. Cup rings left on surfaces of wooden furniture, grubby looking cushion covers etc. Very squeaky floor boards.
Liked: Location was good, although hidden. The price was very good.
Disliked: The internal doors did not close which led to noise from the stairwell. The front doors had large gaps underneath so as walking up stairs you could see into apartments.
Very satisfied - would definitely stay in this apartment again
