Disliked: Every where was dirty All the beds was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on including the bed settee.The bedding on single beds, one sheet had not been changed and was bobbley with public hair. Second one had stains so i covered it with a bath towel and the rugs at the side of bed had never been vacuumed.tv downstairs was not working properly, couldn't wait to leave would never stay here again

Liked: Good size cottage, perfect location, right in the heart of Whitby. Cottage has everything you need to enjoy your stay, and the parking permits were an added bonus.
Disliked: Really minor feedback, but the only thing missing from the kitchen was a tea towel.
The smell was foul because of water leak, sofas very uncomfortable

Disliked: The shower leaked and water poured down into the the laundry room below.
