Exceptional
Stay away!!!!
Liked: The host couldn't be reached to check us in. Horrific experience for us to go on holiday to Whitby and not having the accomodation ready for when you need to rest. The customer service phone number is always busy or having 4 people plus in queue. They called us back after 3h when we've already found a new hotel to stay in for the night. They were very rude on the phone. Worst experience ever and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Disliked: The host, customer service non existing and very rude.
