Very enjoyable
Liked: The cleanliness and how comfortable it was
Disliked: The hallway and staircase needed attention
AVOID Host & Stay absolutely terrible
Liked: Location was excellent
Disliked: Advertise free parking, but we only received a 48 parking permit for our 3 night break. 2 hours after it expired, we received a £25 parking fine. Customer service was terrible and even accused us of not following the permits instructions. We had it confirmed that we filled it out correctly. We still have it, so we can confirm this, but host and stay are not interested. I really do not appreciate being accused of lying. Avoid Host and Stay at all costs.
Great location not so great on anything else
Liked: Great location
Disliked: No scratch card for parking had to chase them up, could have been cleaner. Also reported lost property (left coat) still nothing back..
Was ok but not up to scratch for our self’s
Liked: The bed very comfortable
Disliked: The fridge smelt could of done with more comfortable seating & the paint work was tired also quite expensive for the 3 nights
Great stay in Whitby

Always love Whitby, and made a change to stay in an apartment which was spotless and comfortable
Liked: Prime location in Whitby, great base for walking on the Cleveland Way. Great spot for pubs and cafes. Loved that it had a bath too.
Disliked: I am a stress head about parking, luckily got right outside the apartment. Lock box could do with a sticker saying Flat 2, as we werent sure which was the right box.
