Exceptional
Liked: Large rooms, spotlessly clean, with a good supply of coffee, tea, milk, biscuits etc as well as toiletries. Perfect, seemless checking in on arrival - codes sent, key provided and able to check in early - ample parking, great too! A short walk into the centre of Whitby - less than a ten minute walk, and the brilliant Railway Chippy just five minutes away also! Although a cooked breakfast not part of the package, porridge packs are in the room, as well as drinks, orange and bottled water in the fridge - a nice touch!
Disliked: Nothing really. Possibly would have preferred a cooked breakfast included for the price, though the above porridge, drinks etc, decent.

Liked: Room was great, clean, comfortable, had a great terrace to sit and enjoy the sun, location to everything in Whitby was perfect, was quite at night so no sleep issue, parking on site, and Jill was a perfect host and a credit to the property.
