Nicely decorated, seaside themed apartment in Whitby
Liked: The apartment was very nicely decorated and very clean. There was a nice welcome basket provided. The living room area was cozy with two couches and lovely throws. The location was excellent and it would be an ideal apartment for a couple or a couple with a small child. The apartment was nicely equipped and the towels provided were very luxurious. The main bedroom was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. A luggage rack was provided and there was sufficient space to hang up your clothes in the main bedroom.
Disliked: The only bathroom was an ensuite to the main bedroom and had to be accessed through the main bedroom. There were no separate bathroom facilities. This was not clear from the description on the booking site which made it very awkward for two adults who are not a couple. A clearer description of the actual apartment layout would be helpful. In addition the second bedroom was a very small single room which was really only suitable for a child. Parking was also a problem. The apartment was described as having on-site parking. While the owners did provide a parking scratch card for street parking it's up to the guests to find their own parking. On Saturday night the parking was impossible to find. It should be stated that the parking is street parking and not on-site parking

Liked: Fantastic location! Within a short walk to the harbour and key attractions. Apartment is very cozy and clean, and lots of thoughtful setup.

Liked: Location was great, the parking pass was very helpful, the flat itself was absolutely perfect for a couple of days' visit, it was extremely clean, the coffee machine was a welcome touch. It was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the beach front and the shows that were on. Would definitely stay there again if i was in Whitby.
