  Very nice room but bathroom not very practical…

  Liked: It was very central. The room itself was bright, spacious and clean. The shelf on the landing containing things you might have forgotten was a really good idea although I’m not completely sure how it worked! There were some expensive products on there and wasn’t sure if you needed to pay or not.

  Disliked: There were no staff so a lot of confused guests. There was no toilet roll in my room which was a big problem then to try and find someone to ask was a challenge and I didn’t know how to add a breakfast so didn’t bother. Although the room was lovely some small details were overlooked like the kettle didn’t fit under the sink to fill, very small shower cubicle with a big shower head so almost impossible to wash while not rinsing hair!

  Liked: Great location, comfortable bed

  Disliked: Breakfast and parking additional cost and not told this before hand. No staff on site, and very small rooms and bathrooms. Expensive for room only.

  Alternative accommodation due to issues with other one booked

  Liked: Location Fan and chair in room Working tv and shower Polite and friendly owner

  Disliked: Mattress too soft shank straight into it Only too soft pillows like hard ones Duvet to thin Didn’t like you had to climb back down two flights of stairs to private bathroom should be on same level
