Fabulous
Great but
Liked: The staff where prompt/friendly to listen and respond immediately. Food was excellent 👍
Disliked: Since we stayed in the very first room, it was pretty noisy whenever people walked by and closed their doors, plus we could hear every footstep from the floor above! It’s probably fine if you’re a deep sleeper, but it really wasn't great for me—I couldn't get any sleep at all. Other than that, everything else is good.
Liked: Breakfast was excellent
Disliked: Shower emitted a high pitched scream and water temperature fluctuated without warning
Liked: A good location and a very nice place to stay. Lovely room, nice and clean and the bed was so comfortable. Great Breakfast and friendly staff.

Excellent hotel in a beautiful location
Liked: The Arches is located in a quiet area of Whitby close to the shops, bars and restaurants. The area is picturesque with a lovely view in all directions. We paid for breakfast at the hotel and it was amazing and very good value for money I would totally recommend it.
Disliked: The parking was a little tricky during busy times but I definitely wouldn’t let it put me off booking again
Liked: Lovely and clean few minutes walk into whitby great breakfast friendly staff
