Warm, quiet location in the very heart of Whitby's old town

Liked: The Cow House is located in down a side 'entry' in the very heart of Whitby's old town, yards from the recently restored town hall. It is a recently renovated holiday accommodation equipped to a hig standard. An aga heats the property which was very cosy over two cold late October nights. Sanders Yard Bistro is yards aways and The White Horse and Griffin -- excellent dinners -- only a little further. Beach, abbey etc. likewise only a short walk.

Disliked: Slightly official communication about leaving by the advertised departure time.
