Exceptional
Nice friendly staff. But very disappointing stay
Liked: Good full English breakfast, nice friendly staff.
Disliked: Room booked given to other guests prior to my arrival. Room given was smaller without requested view. Dirty toilet seat, taps plugs and toilet brush. Black mould on bathroom tiles and shower head, flaking paint on walls. No continental breakfast available during stay.
