  Liked: The room was beautifully decorated and cosy! Really feels like I'm living in a cosy countryside english house 😊 The host is very friendly and accommodated us to extend another night because of the unforseen weather circumstances.

  Wonderful stay!

  Liked: We wanted to experience the beautiful town of Windermere to the full extent of English countryside hospitality and charm. Broadlands ticked all the boxes. Easy walk to restaurants. Spacious enough for 2 people with a fair amount of luggage. Bathroom very clean although a bit small.

  Disliked: Not enough hanging space/hooks for wet towels.

  Excellent for the price we paid. The beds were comfortable and everywhere was easy to get to

  Amazing, relaxing stay in a lovely bed and Breakfast

  Liked: The room was fantastic, very comfortable bed, lovely decor, good touch with the porridge and breakfast bar along with tea and coffee facilities. Excellent location for the town and then a lovely walk down to Bowness. We went in Aug when it was quite warm and there is a fan in the room along with a heater if it is cold. Communication was brilliant, our room was ready early and we received an email to confirm where to collect our keys. Parking was easy to in the Pay and Display across the road.

  Lovely guest house and so welcoming. Lovely hosts

  Liked: Host dawn and Steph were lovely and easy to talk to. Lovely quirky clean room couldn’t fault. They included a porridge and cereal bar for breakfast which wasn’t included. Near to all shops and restaurants and 10 minute walk to station. Will stay again and recommend to all

Check-in times are 16:00 – 18:00. Later check in is available on request. Luggage storage is sometimes possible by prior arrangement only.

Please note that there is free on-street parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. A public pay car park is directly opposite the property.

There is NO elevator at the property so guests will have to climb either 1 or 2 flights of stairs to their room. We are a ROOM only establishment, therefore, no meals are included.

Kindly note that the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay. Full payment will be taken 14 days prior to arrival date. The property cannot accept American Express.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
