Excellent value for money. Super hosts and a delicious breakfast

Liked: Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Cooked perfectly. We had a problem with the kettle, this was resolved quickly and without fuss. Location was brilliant and close enough to town.

Disliked: Unfortunately we stayed during the storm and the roof tiles were banging all night, didn't get much sleep.

Disliked: I would always prefer a 2 tap wash basin to a mixer tap hand basin

Liked: The hosts were lovely, very easy to talk to and gave suggestions for excursions. The property is in a good location, about 10 mins walk from Lake Windermere. The room was clean and tidy.

Disliked: The facilities are a little tired and in need of updating. The shower was electric and did not have good temperature control.
