  We had a brilliant weekend and would definitely be staying there again

  Liked: Even though it was self check in, everything we needed was there and the owners were a text away to answer any questions couldn't fault it.

  Wonderful stay

  Liked: 10/10 — Wonderful stay I was very happy with my two-night stay. The location is excellent, and everything has been thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel comfortable. Communication with the hosts was clear, helpful and pleasantly unobtrusive. All the little details have been well considered, and everything I needed was provided. The room was quiet and peaceful, and the bed was very comfortable. I felt completely satisfied with my stay and would happily recommend this place. Thank you very much for a lovely stay — 10/10!

  Disliked: The only thing I found a little inconvenient was the floor, which was quite creaky and sometimes rather loud. I kept wondering who might be staying below and whether I was disturbing them. The hairdryer could also be updated, as it wasn’t very powerful. The room was perfectly fine for one person, although it might feel a little small for two people. Overall, these were only minor points and didn’t affect my enjoyment of the stay.

  Very pleasant, bery quiet, central, very clean, Good value for money

  Liked: The hosts are very accommodating, very friendly and always available. The location is fantastic easily accessible to all main attractions/Walking/Lakes/boat trips/shops/restaurants 😊

  Disliked: The bathroom/shower room was very small and required a refurb.

  Perfection

  Liked: Very cosy brilliant selection of nibbles in the room coffee tea even hot chocolate biscuits and flapjacks great guide books in room for walks and restaurants etc. Great location lovely hosts short walk in to Bowness or Windermere very quiet of a night perfect for a good nights sleep. Room had everything required and more.
