  A beautiful Hotel in perfect location and great staff

  Liked: The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff clearly love working there and are all happy & friendly. The chauffer driven bentley car into town was such a lovley thing on offer. The balcony over looking the lake is such a great place to sit and have one of their yummy cocktails or coffees. I would definitely recommend a stay here it is lovely and a great location for the town, quiet too.

  Bedrooms like a sauna

  Liked: Great location. Spa area was nice and the two bedroom apartment was great for family of four.

  Disliked: The bedrooms in apartment 12 were as hot as the sauna, and this was on a rainy, not particularly warm weekend, which made sleeping almost impossible. I dread to think what they would be like on a hot night. Also the £12 a night parking charge seemed a bit steep given how much the room was. It should have been clear at the point of booking that there would be further charges

  Beautiful property--would love to return!

  Liked: Clean, lovely apartment. My family loved the robes and slippers provided for guests. Incredible views on the veranda at sunset. Great pub on the premises! Short walk into town.

  Disliked: Nothing. We loved staying here!

  Visiting for a wedding close by, we had a lovely relaxing time in the spa and a very nice meal in the restaurant

  Liked: Beautiful hotel, good facilities, apartments were great. Concierge and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly

  Disliked: Would have liked a bath in the apartment. Staff in the bar were cold and not friendly.

Please note the bedrooms in our two bedroom apartments are built into the eaves, so head height may be limited.

Burnside Hotel, Apartments and Spa are currently undergoing minor refurbishments. Works are ongoing at the hotel from 8:00 until 17:00 Monday to Saturday. For further details please contact the reception team.
