  Liked: We had a really warm welcome and we were aloud to check in early,the rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was spot on After we checked out we asked if we could leave the car in the car park while we had a wonder around and it was no problem we would definitely stay again

  Lovely atmosphere with personable and caring owners, couldn’t recommend this stay enough

  Liked: Had the most amazing time and found the owners lovely. It was a warm and welcoming environment and breakfast every morning was made and served with care. Will definitely be staying when I return to Windermere.

  I had a great stay with excellent service, a convenient location, and comfortable amenities

  Liked: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was absolutely amazing, especially the lady at the reception, who made me feel welcome right from the start. The included breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, including vegetarian choices, which I really appreciated. Its location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, and it’s also very well connected by bus for easy access to the national park. The hotel is also well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

  Disliked: While I had a wonderful stay overall, there were a few minor things that could be improved. The shower was a bit small, and the water pressure wasn’t the strongest. The duvet was also a little small for my liking, and the bed tended to squeak with even the slightest movement. Additionally, the area had quite a bit of car traffic, so there was some noise, especially at night. That said, these were just small inconveniences and didn’t take away from the fantastic experience I had.
