  Great property, very comfy

  Liked: Very clean, well presented, super comfy bed. Nice surprise getting a snug (sofa/TV room) as well as the en suite bedroom.

  Disliked: The only issues were no dressing table, I needed to work one day and had presumed I’d sit at the dressing table so ended up working uncomfortably. Bathroom needs more shelving. Only a tiny shelf so nowhere to put anything. Final morning shower didn’t work.

  It’s a shame as o would like to stay again but no I won’t lots of banging noise at early hours up until 8am

  Liked: The property was nice and clean and comfortable.

  Disliked: The noise. Noisy guests leaving the building at early hours in the morning and when told to be quiet they were still noisy for over an hour.

  Liked: Had a great stay, its not the first time we have stayed at Latimer House and we loved it. Stayed in room 6 with a garden terrace and as usual everything was spot on. Bonus of free parking, self check in and is close to all the amenities, can't wait to return for our next trip.😊

  Liked: Ease of access and location

  Disliked: Not a big issue but the shower didnt drain very well so stood in 2inches of water. I may have missed this but didnt know how to report it?

  Had a great couple of days in the accommodation and surrounding area

  Liked: The room no 7 we stayed in was huge and incredible value for money,a short walk done to the lake or a 15/20 minute walk up to Windermere.It has a lovely outdoor space which unfortunately we weren’t able to use due to the weather and parking on site or literally a 1 minute walk to free street parking if the spaces are taken already.Really unbeatable value accommodation in this charming building the thing that struck us was the cleanliness of the entrance and smell of freshness as you walked into the entrance hall.The last thing is the no dogs and children rule which helps with the general calmness/quietness of the property.

  Disliked: One small quibble was the shower was difficult to work out with limited water pressure,but acceptable.
