  Liked: Spa was out of this world! What makes this a fabulous hotel is how friendly and helpful the staff are. Beautiful views and a beautiful hotel.

  Clean comfy room but multiple other issues

  Liked: Comfy room and very clean.

  Disliked: Room not ready, despite requesting and them confirmign it would be. Both restaurants booked up as wedding being hosted, left with bar food only, bar understaffed so long waits and no ales or bees on tap as ran out. Car park full (note you are charged £12 a day for this) meaning we had to use overflow car park further away. Would not go back.

  Beautiful views and scenery. Rooms, breakfast and facilities all great

  Disliked: We didn;t get to use any of the facilities as they were booked out until the following week so this was disappointing for us.
