  Vey comfortable

  Liked: Nice location with available parking. Plus a single room was available so it was a reasonable price.

  Disliked: They have no dining room. A continental breakfast is brought to your room in a mini hamper. It was very nice. Tea/Coffee making available in room. I liked it. I guess some prefer a cooked breakfast but they have produced a list of local places where you can get breakfast.

  It was everything I hoped it would be and more

  Liked: My stay at puddle Duck Lodge was a wonderful experience. A very homely and comfortable place. I stayed in the Boat House Room. It had everything I needed. Very comfortable bed and decor was outstanding. I will definitely be coming back.

  Disliked: There was nothing to Dislike the hosts were very accommodating and kind.

  Liked: Great location, super cosy and comfortable, loved having my breakfast delivered to my room in a wicker basket each morning! TV in the room had Netflix and other streaming apps which I could connect to. Super lovely hosts, very accommodating

  Liked: Comfy room in top of house. Comfy bed and rocking chair to look at views. Under 10 mins from centre but quiet neighbourhood. Friendly and helpful welcome.

  Lovely overnight stop

  Liked: A lovely hotel in Bowness which has lovingly been restored in the theme of Beatrix Potter's books. Our room was Beatrix and looked out on to the colourful cottage garden. Lots of extras, magazines in the room, lovely cups and glasses and blankets for sitting in the garden. Breakfast was continental and served in your room, delivered in a hamper and basket. Everything had been thought off and it couldn't be faulted but personally we still prefer to go down to breakfast

  Disliked: Nothing really. It was self check in and didnt see the owners until leaving so felt a little impersonal
