  Ideal location and could be a nice property but the damp needs to be sorted - as paint perking off the wall. One of ou

  Liked: Great location ti the town centre

  Disliked: The property had dehumidifier between the bedrooms and the carpet inbetween was soaking wet. There is a damp problem in both bedrooms and the paint is bubbling off the walls. The showers hadn’t been cleaned and there was hair blocking one. One of the one electrical dockets in main double bedroom is coming away from the wall and bed post top

  Not recommended

  Disliked: I'm not sure how this place is allowed to be rented. There is damp and mold all over, especially downstairs where the bedrooms are. It's that damp they even have a dehumidifier going in one of the bedrooms 24hrs. The bathrooms needed a good overhaul too as they weren't clean and rusty in places. Overall, it's just awful. I contacted the owner and no reply. I would not recommend anyone stay here no matter how good the location.

  OK needs investment and a good clean

  Liked: Location was good.

  Disliked: The apartment looks nothing like the pictures on the site. Mish mash of old furniture and tired furnishings which made it feel like a second hand shop. This made it feel unclean (beds and bathroom OK) but needs a refresh of décor and a deep clean generally (and at least matching furniture even if second hand). Electrics buzzing and wardrobes completely unusable as they were used as storage space for blankets etc. Probably wouldn't have used them anyway to put clothes in as they looked dirty. Apartment was OK just to sleep in but it wouldn't have been nice if we had spent any time to relax. Invest in improvements and this would be a little gem, for us it was mediocre.
