Good
Amazing, welcoming and class
Liked: Modern, clean, welcoming, good room sizes, good food. Staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble
Disliked: No EV charging
Liked: Only one night but the whole experience was excellent. All the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient and the evening meal was also excellent.
Disliked: Hard to find fault. There is some building work going on but we were warned about that beforehand.
Liked: Great position. Very comfortable. Price was too high, and staff were generally satisfactory Breakfast excellent
Disliked: Cost too high for the available facilities.
Liked: The lovely room cosy beds. Lovely staff.
Disliked: Table service at breakfast. miss the interaction with saff in the morning missed a hot pot of tea on the table..
Better than expected
Liked: The hotel has recently been refurbished and looks fabulous. We are frequently disappointed by the poor pressure in the shower in the bathroom this one was one of best. The room was large with exceptional views. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from all the great facilities in Bowness
Disliked: I'm not sure if the restaurant was fully up and running when we visited, the menu was very limited although the food was very good.
