  Liked: The service was very good the breakfast was very good quality,and staff were very friendly,overhaul a great stay.

  Cosy, comfortable stay in the loveliest boutique hotel

  Liked: The Cranleigh is in the perfect location. This is our third time staying at this hotel. The rooms are cosy and are cleaned to a high standard. I love the Pure lakes products in the bathroom- such a treat! Breakfast offers plenty of choice and was delicious. The staff on the reception are so friendly and welcoming and the breakfast staff are also friendly and offer an excellent service.

  Disliked: There is nothing that we didn’t like.

  Liked: Very clean, breakfast very good, location perfect. The only thing is that we could hear the guests on top of us walking around, and this was of a great inconvenience when trying to sleep.
