  A fantastic time, would definitely book again!

  Liked: It was very comfortable and clean. The staff were so lovely and always there to help. The bar is very cozy and the food is brilliant as well as fairly priced!

  Cosy, welcoming place

  Liked: The staff were super friendly. The location is ideal, less than 5 mins from the train station and at the top of the town with loads of cute pubs and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was beautiful, so tasty and good portions.

  Most memorable hotel during our trip to the UK

  Liked: Great location for rail service, wonderful breakfast, top notch staff, best hotel bar.

  Disliked: Stairs. Not a problem for us, could be an issue for others. BTW, our bags were in our room at check in (again, wonderful staff).

  Great location right in centre of Windermere. Literally 2 mins from Railway station

  Liked: Great bar, fantastic breakfast, great night sleep.

  Disliked: Bit noisy from road facing room. Probably best to ask for a rear room if noise bothers you. No dedicated carpark but public one just down hill approx £10 /night. Easy luggage drop off outside hotel door.

  Liked: All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Great value for money

  Disliked: Rooms are a bit tired. But only slept and showered in them and great value for money.
