Good
Liked: The room was clean, the view eas nice and it was a good location. There was one member of staff who went above and beyond for us...Fred! He was extremely helpful, polite and professional. Thank you Fred!
Disliked: The staff were hard to find most of the time. Breakfast time we had time queue not busy with people but waiting for food to arrive and the coffee machines were empty a lot. We couldn't get through ti reception on our room phone, constantly ringing out. We asked to book for an evening meal and was told there was no availability due to a wedding party. We were never made aware of this so we couldn't eat in the hotel.

Disliked: Girl on reception pleasant to deal with, the rest of the staff did not make any pleasant interactions, quite robotic in their work.

Disliked: They email you for upgrades. Then don't answer the phone to do this as the website was down. Then the carpark charge is not the cost as it states in the email. Even when they send you one that morning to check in. Still states the incorrect cost
