Liked: Upon our arrival at 3:50 p.m. we found no one available at reception for over five minutes. Eventually, a very pleasant lady appeared and, after unsuccessfully attempting to reach someone by phone, kindly assisted us with check-in herself. While she was very accommodating, the situation made for an unusual and somewhat disorganized first impression. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we enjoyed walking to both villages. However, in the morning we were very concerned to discover peeling wallpaper and extensive black mold throughout the accommodation. This is not a minor issue of preference or comfort; it presents a serious health risk and should be addressed as soon as possible. Breakfast was very nice. When the time came to leave, we planned on speaking to someone at the front desk about the situation but again, could not find anyone to speak to. After leaving we contacted the hotel manager via email about the situation and got no response.
