Unforgettable view from the room balcony
Liked: The location is just 2 min walk from the ferry station. The stunning view from my room balcony is unforgettable. Amazing. The manager Francis and staff Rudolf were very nice and hospitable.

Liked: The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. With having a shared bathroom space, it still felt personal and not overcrowded
Disliked: The check in process was a little confusing since it was at a table in the cafe and not a designated area
The location was awesome and right in the middle of a very peaceful village
Liked: We really enjoyed the view from both bedrooms - the front had a view of the mountains and lake, while the back, went up the mountain and you could hear the water running from the stream.
Disliked: I would suggest extending the check-in window a bit for people traveling to the city. However, the staff was very accommodating, as we were running a little late.
Liked: Beautiful room with nice deco. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Allow us to keep our luggages at accomodation even after checkout
Disliked: No washing machine with dryer. Pricey.

Please note that a elevator is not available at the property. Upper-floor rooms can only be reached via stairs.

We ask you to park your car in car park P1 (address: Salinenplatz 4, 4830 Hallstatt).
It is not possible to reserve a parking space in P1. On busy days, it is therefore best to keep your booking confirmation to hand and show it to one of the car park attendants. This will allow you to be allocated an available parking space more quickly.
Use the shuttle (red VW bus labeled Hallstatt Shuttle) to the hotel. This shuttle runs daily from 09:00-19:00 and is available before check-in and after check-out with a valid car park ticket.
