Exceptional
All went well, we just would have liked to have someone to reach out to
Liked: our keys were in the door. The lady in the shop was friendly but did not speak English. We had thought someone would be there the next day, however no one ever came and the store remained closed while we were there.
Disliked: We had hoped the store would have been open. We would have liked to have shampoo/ conditioner and soap in the bathrooms. Also, dishes in cabinet were not clean, we rewashed them.

Clean and cozy. Pretty well equipped
Liked: Location is central. Apartment is clean and cozy in an old fashioned way.
Disliked: Wood stairs going up to the apartment are pretty steep and narrow, without a bannister the last few steps. No elevator. Not easy with luggage. Staff not particularly friendly.

Disliked: A bit dusty, the room on the upper level
