Good place, not very good staff and registration process

Liked: The apartment was big and clean, well equipt and well maintained.

Disliked: After we made the reservation through booking, they sent us link for payment in which we had also to put our personal information. This was not stated in any part on their page in booking, so we wanted to cancel the reservation without the cancellation fee, one person on the phone said it is ok, other said that they will call us back which they didn't and only when we called for the third time we got to the manager who said that it is not possible.. only after 20 min of talking we reached to an agreement to pay without the passport details.
