Liked: Very friendly staff, the receptionist informed us about free parking options nearby, in case we did not want to pay for their private parking space. This was greatly appreciated! Also, they provided us with the "Innsbruck welcome card", which gives you free city transportation and many other benefits. Room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Kitchen equipment was in very good condition. Location was very good, next to a beautifull park. Old town and train station was easy to reach.

Disliked: The view from our window, we got a ground appartment.
