  The location is good but the cleanliness and services were very poor

  Liked: Only the location.

  Disliked: No hot water. The washroom area was not clean. The door of the toilet was broken. There was water leakage too. The kitchen was stinky and the refrigerator and microwave too. Everything was dirty.

  Avoid this place! Terrible experience

  Disliked: The place smelled like an ashtray, despite the website advertising smoke-free rooms/apartments. There were cigarette ashes everywhere, and the couch was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and the soundproofing advertised on the website was clearly misleading. During the night, a couple of drunk people were fighting and screaming until 1 a.m., making it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. The entire place was dusty, there were strange insects everywhere, and even the sink didn’t work properly. Overall, the place was dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was advertised. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else!

  Overpriced smelly place in Innsbruck, look for other options

  Liked: The property location is super close to the city center. The terrasse of the apartment is really great with the fantastic view around. The apartment itself is very spacy

  Disliked: The apartment looks like really used and frankly not properly repaired before. Really like you purchase the old house you do some repair really fast so that you can cash your investment very fast. There were some basics missing, like toilet paper, wifi not working, receiving AI answer how to fix vs. real help, the fridge not working at all and some smelly thing in the freezer, a lot of things damaged or not repaired, just simply for the money they ask you receive just basic smelly apartment for one night. I would not recommend to anybody travelling to Innsbruck.

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: The bed had a stain, pillows were very small, the blanket was very thin, the heater is broken so it’s very hot, spiders everywhere, floor is stained, walls are stained, the plug outlets are not near the bed, the bathroom is dirty, cleaning service doesn’t clean

  Alright for a cheaper stay with decent location

  Liked: Pretty good location with a bus stop outside.

  Disliked: The photos on the booking are different from the room you actually get. There was missing blinds so no way to stop sun getting in and some stains around the room.

  Expensive, dirty and advertised room photos so not correspond to reality

  Disliked: The room downstairs was smelly, dirty. Moldy carpet and walls and the bedsheets were not changed from the last person. The showers downstairs did not have lock on the door. Looked nothing like the advertising. After 2 a.m. in the morning the front door was locked it I could not get in. I had to ask another guest to enter by their room window.
