  Excellent hotel if you’re on a budget and are happy not to be in a central location

  Liked: Clean and very quiet. I loved my cosy attic room with fabulous views across the city and with mountains on either side. Lovely helpful staff.

  Disliked: It’s a 45 minute walk to the city centre but this is reflected in the very reasonable room price. I would have liked tea and coffee to be freely and easily available but again this is reflected in the room price.

  Triple room 3 nights. Great location. Includes Innsbruck pass, massive room

  Liked: Great location, just a short walk from the tram stop. Massive room which great view of the city/mountains. They are part of the Innsbruck pass program so if you stay 2 nights+ you can get them.

  Disliked: As the room was under the roof, the shower/bath is under the slant of the roof so a bit awkward to stand and shower if you are tall.

  A good option to stay for a night if you are in tight budget

  Liked: The room and the bed were comfortable, with enough space to store everything. There was also a safe in the room.

  Disliked: The room could be cleaner and with no hair in the bed. It was sometimes loud because the room was located next to the elevator. Also, the construction site nearby made noises started from early morning.

  nice but overpriced

  Liked: The room was clean, with good facilities.

  Disliked: Overpriced. The neighbours slammed the doors several times during the night, a good sleep was only possible with ear-plugs. The city tax was wrongly charged twice.

  Cosy hotel with outdoor feel

  Liked: I really liked this hotel. It was close to everything I needed, yet in a quiet location. The entire hotel smells like wood from the moment you walk through the front doors and it feels like you're somewhere outdoors in nature when you're in a city. I stayed in right under the roof and had a great view of the mountain range surrounding Innsbruck. I found my room very cosy and compact and the furniture was very cleverly designed. I stayed here as part of a road trip and always had great help from reception during my time. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast buffet had everything!
