  Pleasant, comfortable, useful

  Liked: Fantastic location, right in the middle of Innsbruck. Facilities are fine, room was in good repair.

  Disliked: The floor under the bed and some of the shelves were VERY dusty. There is supposed to be a safe for valuables. It was not there.

  Good location and value for money

  Liked: The location of the property is great, right in town, and the size of the room was decent. Good value for money.

  Disliked: The pillows were uncomfortable for me and the check in process in the dark room I’m behind a dark doors and off through dark corridors felt dodgy.

  Great location walking distance to everything, safe, in older building

  Liked: Great location across Innsbrucke bridge. Short walk to the old town. Everything, restaurants, market and sights short walk. Can get a tram from train station to near Marketplatz. Get the Innsbruck Card.

  Disliked: A little run down. Needs minor fixing. My apartment was in a blind spot before the motion detector lights are triggered so was dark in the hallway. They need a few more lights. Some stuff like hooks, lights were broken. Kitchen was easy to use.

  Liked: Fantastic location. Great kitchen facilities & nice bathroom.

  Disliked: Issues when checking in - no answer when tried to call helpline. Only one key card issued & electrics are key card activated so if one person leaves with key card you are in darkness. Breakfast was basic but fine. No hot drinks included.
