Unacceptable Stay Experience – No Relation to the Price or Services Provided

Liked: In the city center but the apartment was constantly noisy.

Disliked: Our experience at the property was very poor from the start, as the locker code was incorrect and communication with support was impossible due to the language barrier. No towels were changed, we stayed four nights, or basic items such as shampoo or dishwashing liquid were provided. There in no air condition, in addition, the Wi-Fi did not work at all, and for €200 per night the overall experience was unacceptable.

  Beautiful Innsbruck

Liked: The location was perfect. The apartment was lovely and have everything you need.

Disliked: Late ☑ in was slightly inconvenient but the lockers were really close and reasonably priced.
