Exceptional
Great cozy rooms, friendly, great location
Liked: Really cosy rooms welcoming friendly staff. Great location. Really enjoyed my stay if I’m ever back in Innsbruck would not hesitate to stay again. Even had nice stereo in the room to listen to music
Disliked: A kettle in the room would be nice, but everything was super great just a minor thing
Liked: Lovely place, great location, very clean and comfortable.
Liked: Amazing breakfast and overall lobby/cafe vibe!
Perfect Location, very nice staff and really nice room
A very pleasant stay with thoughtful details
Liked: A very enjoyable stay. The in-room speaker was a great and original surprise, with excellent sound quality. Nice breakfast, and the honesty bar works well—good wines and easy to use.
Disliked: Both the location and the room were great, and Anja was a lovely host! My only negative feedback is that the air conditioner in our room was not working. Our attic room looked out on to a busy street and we had to keep the windows closed at night to lock out the noise. The cafe below makes amazing coffee!
