  Great little apartment

  Liked: It had everything I needed. The small kitchen was good to cook in, there was a washing machine I could use, it had aircon which was a bonus, the balcony was nice to sit on, really close to the supermarket, close to bus and tram stops. It was exactly what I needed for a 2 week stay.

  Disliked: It is a very small space, but it is fine for one person.

  All in all, definitely high quality stay

  Liked: A fairly small apartment, but covering all necessities. Everything was tidy and clean, communication went efficiently and without issue, so there was nothing to worry about or have to suddenly deal with. Ideal for using it as a base for trips and such.

  Disliked: The bathroom isn't divided from the rest fully by a wall, so it presented awkward situations, since all sounds could be heard. More ideal for a couple, less for coworkers. But still could be managed, even if awkward.

  Fanatastic-- planing on staying there next year. Cannot beat the facilites and the location. GREAT

  Liked: You go down the street and there is a grocery store for buying goceries-I cook all my meals, The room is fine for me--one person and the amenities are all there--washer, dryer, full kitchen fridge and all the necessaries to cook. Rene is an excellent host-best in the world. Second year there for over a month each time and can not beat it--near bus lines to old town and the university where I teach in the summer.

  Brilliant little apartment!

  Liked: The location is fantastic, centre of town 15 mins walk and very close to tram and bus stops (which we made use of plenty as this property is on the Innsbruck Welcome Card scheme - free public transport for our whole stay!) We stayed 8 nights and the storage was excellent. Despite being a mini-apartment, and us bringing lots of luggage it felt spacious and comfortable. Excellent air conditioning (it was a sweltering 35°C some days!) The bed was so comfortable too, with memory foam topper. TV has Netflix, which was great. The kitchen facilities were perfect for us to prepare some meals, we like the option to cook while travelling and there's sufficient utensils for 2 people (and a microwave and dishwasher - tablets provided!) The owner was so polite and happily provided a laundry rack and new kettle when the old one was faulty (very quickly). We used the washing machine and dryer too, again, washing pods were provided, which was so useful. Would highly recommend this place for 2 people, and we'd happily stay again!

  Disliked: We enjoyed everything about our stay.

  Overall a great stay at great location

  Liked: Really like the vibe of the appartement. Very cozy, comfy and excellent for couples. Very near to central and all the tourist places are 15-20 mins walkable. The tram and bus are 4 mins walk from this place. Even though i didn’t cook but this place has all the equipments for cooking. My flight was not at the checkout time instead in afternoon. I requested the owner that I want to keep my luggage somewhere. The owner allowed my to stay free of charge till the afternoon because he had booking from evening. I really like this gesture.

  Disliked: It would be great if this place has a floor mat to clean my feet before jump on to bed. There is a separation between washroom and bedroom but it is not actual separation instead a half wall so it would be great to have a room spray or freshner.
