Liked: View on arrival day was wonderful. Afterwards, many clouds (our bad luck). Easy to get to the center with the funicular (though can add up with all family members). Plenty of room for the family. We had what we needed to make breakfast and dinners (we used the kitchen most days). Hosts were very prompt in helping with an issue with the dryer.

  ロケーションは最高。施設は残念。

Liked: The spaciousness was a positive aspect.

Disliked: “The cleanliness was unacceptable. Food crumbs, dust, and pet hair were everywhere, making it hard to believe cleaning had been completed. As a result, our family had to clean all the rooms upon arrival, including the stained sofa covers. The basement bedroom was dusty and smelled of mold, causing nonstop sneezing. Although the checkout time was supposed to be 11:00, someone unexpectedly knocked on our door the night before, demanding we leave by 10:30 the next morning.”

Relaxing and peaceful stay with our family

Liked: The location of the property was perfect. The home was around the corner of the gondola. This brought you to either the top of the mountain or to Innsbruck!
