  I booked 3 rooms for family and friends. It met my needs but a little disappointing for the money

  Liked: Location was good and breakfast was decent

  Disliked: Room needs a little work and I didn't realize that when I booked the hotel, we could not leave our luggage there when we arrived in the morning

  Liked: The hotel has a very central location, right next to the tram station and very close to the main train station, making it very convenient for getting around. Our room was very spacious, and the bathroom was also large, which made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and the restaurant staff were friendly and pleasant. However, I was disappointed with the front desk staff, as I did not find them helpful during my stay. Overall, the location, room size, and breakfast were the highlights, but the front desk service could definitely be improved.

  Zero facilities, old building, no heaters working in room, non-cooperative staff and no luggage storage facilities and n

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: The room was very small, no heaters were On and not effective when it was too cold. When asked the staff said they don’t have tools to fix it and beyond this they can’t increase the hot airflow. Me and my family have to sleep in freezing cold.. the staff did not cooperate not offered any other room. The check in and check out is very clumsy timing. There is no luggage storage capacity if someone arrive early to wait and have to wait outside the roadside in freezing cold. Despite charging a hefty amount, the facilities sucks. The building condition is horrible and too old. I won’t recommend this to anyone.

  Disappointing

  Liked: The only good things about it are the location and the friendly girl who checked me in. It is a five minute walk from the central train station (10 minutes of you're dragging baggage) and the main sights in the old town.

  Disliked: - Closed except for limited hours of check-in/check-out. If you arrive around 12:00 - 14:30 or after 19:00, you will find the door locked and no one to let you in. - Although there is a lift to go up to the rooms, you must go down a few steps to the reception. - Bed was uncomfortable. - No hair dryer in the bathroom. The shower drained very slowly and black mold by the shower door.
