Fabulous
Lovely historic hotel with great breakfast
Liked: There was a lift to our floor, clean room, with a view of the mountains. Bed and room temperature was good. Liked being able to open the windows. Breakfast was excellent. Staff at reception were very helpful. There was also a restaurant downstairs.
Disliked: The room was a bit small.

Good stay in a very historic hotel in the centre of Innsbruck
Liked: Excellent location, in the centre of the historical old town. we booked a delux room and was delighted that we hade a side view of the golden roof. our room was very spacious, the bed was very confortable. double aspect windows. breakfast was very good, the scrambled eggs were delicious!
Disliked: No mini bar, which i would have expected from a 4 star hotel. reception said ' because we have a hotel bar'. for us it would have been nice to have one to put a couple of soft drinks in etc. true that fizzy water is available free of charge, from the bar. Would have been nice to have bigger glass drinking glasses, as the two provided were the smallest i have ever seen.
Liked: The breakfast and location are the best. the receptionist was very kind.
Disliked: It was a little noisy because the room facing the street.
Liked: I loved the age of the building, the room was lovely. The check in staff, cleaners and breakfast staff were a delight.
Disliked: The hotel offers a wine bar, I don't usually expect to be treated like an inconvenience when ordering a glass of wine. I was though treated as such and beyond that the waiting staff were openly rude. This took the shine off what would have been a delightful stay.
