  Perfect!

  Liked: Very good location. Very kindly. Good breakfast. Good restaurant located near the hotel. They have parking and its very important if you are with a car. Nice spa and swimming pool.

  Beautiful area, lovely restaurant staff, amenities unimpressive

  Liked: Breakfast was amazing & Simon in the restaurant was the most amazing hospitable server ever, truly amazing at his job and made our stay so lovely. He went above and beyond for us and was truly so kind.

  Disliked: Few things can use improvements - hot tub was not hot, was barely warm. The price of the hotel is high due to the amenities but they’re not very good. We didn’t end up using it more than 2 minutes because it was cold. The pillows were almost imaginary. Just flat pieces of paper very uncomfortable. Front desk attendant was very unfriendly and quite intense with attitude. Not hospitable and quite abrupt for a first impression

  Wonderful innsbruck is a beautiful place to stay for a couple of days
