  Liked: My husband & I were on a tour when he got sick & had to be hospitalized. I am a stranger to Austria & stayed at the hotel alone for 8 days while my husband was in the hospital being treated for a blood infection. The hotel staff was very accomodating, helpful and compassionate. They assisted & helped guide me with my reservations. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Economic place to stay

  Liked: The location is good, you can walk to the center and to the main train station.

  Disliked: The wifi was really bad. No fridge or minibar in the room. The hotel needs remodeling, it looks old

  I am not used to staffless hotels and don't like the impersonal nature of that approach
