  Nice place. Restaurant was very fancy and expensive! But the glass cube showers exposed to the room except for a sheer c

  Liked: Location was nice. It’s decorated nice.

  Disliked: Glass shower?!?! Really? Who doesn’t want privacy while showering? It was very strange!

  Liked: This hotel is very close to the train station which is a bonus if you’re traveling by train. Also, it seems like the common areas (lobby, bar and restaurant) have been renovated and are pretty nice and stylish. This is not the case for the rooms.

  Disliked: The rooms are extremely outdated, worn and in need of updating. The bed and pillows are awful. One of the worst showers I’ve ever had.

  A very good hotel close to Innsbruck train station

  Liked: The Sailer hotel is very close to the train station which was a prime reason for our selection. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff at reception were very friendly and were able to assist us with several queries about Innsbruck. The hotel restaurant is very popular and we were fortunate to get a reservation for our first night. The meal and service were both very good. Can highly recommend the hotel Sailer.

  Lovely hotel with lots of character and at an excellent for visiting Innsbruck

  Liked: Nice ot stay in a traditional hotel in the centre of Innsbruck, which no doubt has seen it’s share of legends. Very conveniently located and tastefully updated to today’s standard whilst keeping the charming characterisstics of the old hotel. Firendly staff with a convenient hotel parking right in the centre of the city. Finally, we can highly recommend the Sailer Restaurant, which offers delicious Austrian food and nice wine of the highest standards.

  Disliked: The breakfast was a bit disappointing for a hotel of these standards. There was plenty of choice, but the quality of the fruits and cereals and the watery fruit juices were really rather disappointing.

  Liked: Charming and inviting hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. Overall a very nice experience.

  Disliked: The bathroom did not seem to have received the same level of attention as the rest of the place: The soap dispenser was almost empty upon my arrival (I ran out during my one-night stay); the shower head could use some descaling; and I couldn't find a place to turn on the ventilation.

  Expensive for what it is

  Liked: Good location, nice area. Had parking area underneath.

  Disliked: The uncomfortable beds. The pillows were like deflated balloons. Tried to contact the hotel before arrival as we were sent payment instructions via WhatsApp. Took a few tries to get a reply and they just confirmed it wasn't them. Not bothered at all. 20 euro to park the car for 15 hours. Bar lady rolled her eyes when she had to bring our drinks over. Just not a welcoming place. 2 triple rooms, one much better than the other.
