  Great getaway for couples and friends

  Liked: Pretty big, with enough utensils in the kitchen and also room for 2 couples to live in and spend time together

  Disliked: Walls a bit thin and can hear noises around

  Liked: The place is good - the location, the building, the apartment.

  Disliked: However, the communication with the host was a nightmare. They aggressively argued with us stating that we lost the key from the apartment and should pay 80 euro while we actually returned it to the locker where we took it. They also refused to check the cameras to approve we actually did so. Luckily, Airbnb was on our side.

  Liked: Big, spacious, full of light.

  Disliked: The bathroom door was broken, the staff took the handle out so we wouldn’t get stuck but that left us with no privacy in the bathroom. The fridge is very loud.

  Lovely quiet location and well equipped apartment

  Liked: Excellent location next to the botanical gardens with a free bus stop right outside. Amazing views behind Well equipped apartment everything worked as expected. Starter pack of teas was welcome!

  Disliked: Some local information would have been nice as well as the ‘rules’ we were expected to follow.

  Just what we needed for our stay in Innsbruck

  Liked: Good size for family, handy location next to bus stop and short walk to Spar too and botanical gardens
