Liked: I spent one night in a four-bed room at a hostel and I really liked my room, the bedding, the shower room, the cleanliness, the towels and the staff at reception – everything was as friendly and comfortable as could be, in excellent condition, and I wasn’t entirely keen on the breakfast, but I fully understand that it was included in the price; it wasn’t exactly expensive, so it’s all right. If I ever stay in Innsbruck again, I’d definitely choose this hostel:)

Liked: Plenty of space and room functionality, well equipped bathroom, cleanliness, two elevators, friendly and helpful staff, check out at a 11:30 (I didn't need it but it's good to have), quiet, true non- smoking, not far from the city center.

Disliked: All good, nothing really to complain about. Maybe the room heating was too high, if not this is a positive fact for other customers.. One can always adjust by opening a window.
