An excellent place to stay in the charming city of Innsbruck!
Liked: Right next to the train station made it most convienient, yet also a reasonable ten minutes walk to the Alstadt. The 13th floor bar/restaurant was lovely.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Facilities not well equipped, eg. No slippers, no laundry bag in the room, some of the staffs are not friendly to us not sure is it we are Asian make us feel not quite happy.

Liked: The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Located right next to the central train station which makes it very convenient to explore the city. Have a nice view of the alps from the room.
