  Confortable but in need of some updating

  Liked: The two balcony’s had great views, the space in the apartment was very good. A lift up to the third floor was very helpful.

  Disliked: Only one pillow was made up for each of us, there were spare pillows and duvets but there was no spare covers. The spare duvets were very old and stained and in need of being replaced. The shower curtain had mildew at the bottom and needed replacing. The bathroom ceiling had peeling paint and the whole apartment needs a fresh coat of paint. The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped. But we didn’t cook in the apartment so that didn’t matter to us. The sofa while comfortable was covered in stains and needs a good clean. One of the light fittings needed repairing in the living room. The floors and surfaces were clean.

  Great location

  Liked: Very spacious clean apartment in a fantastic location. Close to all amenities, we only used public transport once to go to the lake. The transport to the cable car is just a short walk and so is the old town. You can get the F line bus to and from the airport if you choose to but Uber is very reasonable. The main train station is in walking distance if you want to go further afield.

  Disliked: The plumbing took a bit of getting used to as the water would take a while to cool down to a suitable temperature. We ate out most nights as there were only two of us but if I were cooking for a family I think you would probably want more than one saucepan and a frying pan, but this was sufficient for us.

  A perfect place to be based for a stay in the Innsbruck area

  Liked: It was easy to get to from the main station … just a short walk. The key collection arrangement was straight forward. Best of all was so spacious with two balconies at opposite sides of the apartment so you enjoy the views from both directions. It rained one day but you can sit sit on the balconies as the roof overhang is typically large. All the facilities one needed was there. Beds comfy too.
